Choose to Change




This is a group which aims to help you maintain your mental and social health.
Every week is different and caters to the needs of the members. Therefore, if you need some help with being more assertive, managing anxiety and depression, or how to get the most out of your relationships, then this is the place to come. However, it’s not school, there’s no right or wrong answers. Instead, as Steve Burton, the founder of the Choose to Change model would say, “it’s about solutions not problems.” It’s about sharing our stories about how our lives are going at this very moment in time, whether it’s good or bad, and supporting each other.
Therefore, if you want to stay healthy and have a bit of fun in the process, then come and see us.
